About the CEO

 Sharon W. Reynolds is a nationally recognized CEO, Founder, and President of DevMar Manufacturing, a leader in innovative product solutions. With a distinguished 20-year career in banking and real estate, Reynolds transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding DevMar Products in 2007 and later DevMar Manufacturing to pioneer sustainable, pathogen-remediation technologies. She further expanded her impact by establishing DevMar Global Healthcare Solutions, a healthcare distributor and strategic partner of Ni-Q, providing human donor milk to support at-risk infants in NICUs across the U.S.

A visionary change agent and market disruptor, Reynolds has positioned her companies at the forefront of sustainable product development, eliminating harsh or toxic chemicals that pose environmental and consumer risks. DevMar’s mission extends beyond manufacturing, driving industry-wide education on healthy workplace initiatives and sustainability. In 2012, she made history as the first woman-owned company to secure a multi-year prime chemical contract with Nashville International Airport in its 75-year history.

Reynolds’ leadership and influence have earned her numerous accolades, including induction into the 2023 YWCA Academy for Women of Achievement, recognition in the Nashville Business Journal’s Power 100, and board positions with the Women Business Collaborative (WBC), where she co-chairs the Entrepreneurs of Purpose Initiative.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a specialization in Green & Sustainable Enterprise Management and an Executive MBA from Tennessee State University. Additionally, she completed the Executive Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and was inducted into the Sigma Nu Tau Entrepreneurship Honor Society, honoring her ethical leadership, integrity, and entrepreneurial excellence.

Committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and economic empowerment, Reynolds dedicates her time to mentoring minority- and women-owned businesses. She serves on the Board of Directors for WBENC, WBEC-South, and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, advancing opportunities for diverse entrepreneurs.

A fifth-generation Nashville, TN native, Reynolds finds deep fulfillment in her family life. She and her husband, DeMarco Reynolds Sr., are proud parents of two adult sons and doting grandparents to a confident and inquisitive granddaughter.
